  1. What is the difference between the various types of login?
    • Wi-Fi Premium (Club VIPS): with this connection for Club VIPS members, you can surf without any download or time limit.
    • Free Wi-Fi (Facebook and Ticket): with this connection you can have unlimited time connection with up to 400MB download.
  2. To connect with Wi-Fi Premium do I have to be a member of Club VIPS?
    • Yes, to connect to Wi-Fi Premium you need to be a Club VIPS member.
  3. Can I instantly become a Member?
  4. I don’t have the Wi-Fi button on my App Club VIPS:
    • The Wi-Fi button appears in the latest version of the App. Please update it at App Store or Google Play and you’ll be able to login with a click.
  5. I can’t find the Wi-Fi button on my App Club VIPS:
    • The Wi-Fi button is on the Home screen that appears after you log in.
  6. If I have already logged in today through one of the logins (Club VIPS, Facebook or Ticket) can I log in again with any of the others?
    • Yes, you can log in again with either of the other two.
  7. Do I have a connection time limit?
    • The portal does not work by time limit, but by download limit, so you can be connected until you use up your data on Facebook and Ticket, and without limit on Club VIPS.
  8. How do I get the ticket to have my password in the login with Ticket?
    • You can ask the waiter/waitress for the ticket with the password.
  9. Can I surf at high speed?
    • We have improved the lines at most of our establishments to offer high speed Wi-Fi.
